Under the current Interagency Agreement, in addition to the statutorily-mandated scientific reviews of environmental rule-makings, the University of California at Berkeley provides nominations of qualified candidates for expert reviews of other technical work products of interest to the People of California, Typical work products are economic analyses of environmental impacts and computer models of economic behavior related to consumers or companies that impact the environment.
